HOW DOES OUR APPROACH WORK?

Based on our experience in this business we have developed a certain algorithm for our cooperation with the client, that we try to adhere to. In some cases additional services are included in the scope (for example when the clients wants us to conduct a thorough car expertise or needs lease financing), although the sequence of steps remains.

1) Contact and conclusion of contract

You fill in the contact form on our site and one of our experts will get in touch with you within 1 working day to clarify what kind of car you are looking for and to conclude a contract for car selection and delivery from Europe.

The contract price amounts EUR 300 at the current exchange rate and you sign it with our partner company WestMotors.

In case you choose and buy a car out of variants we have offered you the mentioned amount or EUR 300 is deducted from the final car price.

3) Car purchase and payment

After you have decided to buy a vehicle chosen by you we issue an invoice from exporting company MaximA consult with CPT delivery terms (for example, CPT Minsk).

The invoice is due by bank transfer in 3 days and its amount consists out of the following elements:

Net purchase price of the European supplier/dealer (price with 0% VAT).
Exporter sales commisssion equaling to 4% of net purchase price less EUR 300 paid for the contract for car selection and delivery from Europe. For cars with net purchase price above EUR 50.000 sales commission is to be agreed upon for each particular case.
Actual car transportation cost to the agreed delivery point.

2) Car selection

After all desired car parameters were defined (make, production year, milage, engine volume and type, preferred version etc) and the budget was agreed upon our experts start car search and selection and submit variants for your approval (in standard contracts - 10 variants).

For the variants you have shortlisted we contact the car supplier/dealer, negotiate on the purchase price or bid in the auction, clarify the car history (in case of a used car) and provide advice on variants recommended for purchase.

The countries we focus on in our search are: Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, France.

4) Delivery

After the payment to the exporting company was made and the exporter has paid the gross purchase price (including VAT) to the European supplier/dealer the exporter agrees the final delivery date with you and arranges car transportation to the stipulated delivery point and its EU customs export clearance.

After the car handover you are to settle import customs duties, register and insure the car.
